Precision Tool & Die Welding:
Precision tool & die welding is the foundation from which our microscopic repair program was developed. Precision tool welding is the fastest, most economical way to accurately repair tooling that falls outside the range of our low amperage micro-welding process. Precision tool welding is generally performed on larger components that usually require extensive weld build-up.
Composite Hardfacing:
New England Microweld specializes in solving difficult, high wear applications. Over the years, we have developed our own technology for solving a wide range of wear related applications ranging from abrasive to corrosive and even combinations of both. We call this our "Composite Hardfacing" technology and we can apply it to any type of tool steel and even Beryllium Copper!
